Yes. All of our jadeite pieces are 100% natural Grade A jadeite, hand-carved by skilled artisans. Each item is sourced directly and comes with a certificate of authenticity.


2. What is Grade A jadeite?

Grade A jadeite is the highest quality natural jade, untreated by chemical processes. It retains its original color and structure, making it highly valuable and collectible.


3. Do your products come with a certificate?

Yes, all of our jadeite items include a professional certificate of authenticity, verifying the stone is natural and untreated.


4. Can I customize a design?

Absolutely! We accept private custom orders. Send us your design idea or image (e.g., a specific figure, symbol, or theme), and we’ll create a unique, handcrafted jadeite piece just for you.


5. How long does a custom order take?

Custom orders usually take 7–15 business days, depending on the complexity. We’ll stay in touch throughout the process to ensure satisfaction.


6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Standard delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, and express delivery (via DHL/FedEx/UPS) takes 3–5 days. All orders come with a tracking number.


7. Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on most international orders. If you prefer express delivery, additional fees may apply.


8. Is my payment safe?

Definitely. We use PayPal for all payments — it’s secure, encrypted, and protects your purchase with buyer protection. We never store or share your payment info.


9. Do you accept other payment methods?

Currently, we primarily accept PayPal for international buyers. If you have other needs (credit card, bank transfer), feel free to contact us and we’ll assist.


10. What if my product arrives damaged?

We carefully inspect and pack all items before shipping. If something arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


11. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For most products, returns are not accepted due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature. However, if there is a quality issue or shipping damage, we will assist with replacement or refund.


12. How do I take care of jadeite jewelry?

Keep your jade away from chemicals and hard impacts. Clean gently with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid high heat or prolonged sun exposure. Store separately to avoid scratches.


13. Are all products exactly like the photos?

Yes, what you see is what you get. Our photos show the exact item you'll receive (especially for one-of-a-kind carvings). For made-to-order pieces, we will show you photos before shipping.
