Refund policy

Each piece at Aikesix is hand-carved from natural jadeite and is one-of-a-kind. We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Due to the uniqueness of our items, we kindly ask you to review product details and measurements carefully before purchase.

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item arrives damaged or defective

• Clear photos of the issue are provided

Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days of authorization and must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
